Yes, the trap worked great. I made a weight at work that goes in the legs.I get minnows off the shore and I need a weight to push it down in the water, as the wall is 6 feet tall. it also really helps in the current

These traps work just as well as the old glass traps and are far superior to the metal traps.

Thanks. I have been using your trap to catch spot-tail minnows in Lake Martin here in Ala. They are excellent bait for spotted bass, stripes, crappie, etc. Vanilla Wafers are what I use to bait the traps

We live in Missouri and canoe, fish, camp in the Ozarks. Your traps work really well for us since glass is not allowed on the Ozark National Scenic Riverways. The interesting thing is that only big minnows get in the traps. It is really fun to see what we get and also good fish bait. |
